Introduction to Health Promotion
This catalogue is developed and maintained by Medical Services Health Promotion, to assist
International SOS medical staff with accessing health promotion materials.
There are TWO SharePoint Health Promotion Libraries. Content is identical.

• MSRC SharePoint is available to all International SOS Medical Staff.
• Medical Services SharePoint (MSHPM) is restricted to Medical Services Management.
Guidelines of Material Use

There are commercial rules surrounding the delivery and distribution of health promotion material at
International SOS. Health Promotion delivered at MedSites and/or client premises is the responsibility
of the Medical Director. Sites should ensure the Medical Director has approved material being
delivered or displayed at client premises.
Content on the SharePoints is reviewed and updated frequently. Always revert to the SharePoint for
the latest version before delivery.
Content must not be modified in any way. If any changes are required contact your Medical Director,
they have access to modifiable versions.
Images within the materials must not be used for any other purpose. The majority have been
purchased on licence.
Medical Services Health Promotion will consider requests for new material development when
emailed to our team from the Medical Director.
Languages
Translations are the responsibility of the region. Limited materials are available in languages. They
can be found in these folders: MSRC SharePoint | MSHPM SharePoint
Please contact your Operations Manager if you require translated versions. They must be
reviewed by a native speaking doctor prior to display or delivery.

Usually available 6-8 weeks from event date – see calendar of topics at the back. Most
