Dar’s Reviewer Comments:

1) ITP should be more precise for required types of material used for the
project. Otherwise it will be marked N/A for each not used material.
2) Numbering to be verified for missed checklist items.
3) For Document review section (review should include {all project
documents} related to mentioned subject not only shop drawings).
4) For installation section, release form other discipline (where required)
to be added.
5) Submitted ITP is only for pipes (doesn’t include fittings & related
accessories), which may be included in the installation while inspection
time.
6) Testing and commissioning section, the title should be changed to
installation testing. T&C is another stage and ITP should be submitted
separately.
