God is

Good.
Morning Devo - 1/12/23
The cross. A place where Jesus Christ, my Lord and saviour took his last breath. Where he
bruttaly tortured, beat, hurt tortured. God could have been a brute leader who doesn't care
whatsoever. Instead he chose love. Whenever it seems that life looks as though it is a
kerfuffle, we have comfort in knowing that true, pure and 100% love is God's wisdom. The
flesh wants to lean on it's own understanding, on it's own foundation, chasing things of the
world instead of God's love. A lot of the time, when life looks hard, we are able to remember
that God also went through hard time, from birth, to adult, to the beginning of his ministry.
And we unfortunately don't know why God allows suffering. We do know that his heart breaks
with us. He cries with us. So what are you going to choose to love today?

I know God has a plan for all of us, and, I know that he loves. His saving Grace is with us
always. When the time is right, our prayers will be answered. Life will get better and better
once we learn to patient and still. For what is yours, will come to you and you won't have to
fret, jump or manipulate situations. Through it all, God is good.

Love & Light,

WHAT
ARE YOU CHOOSING TO
LOVE TODAY?
TETELESTAI
(IT IS FINISHED)
IT IS FINISHED. A powerfull clause that best describes one of the best moments in human
history. This is the time where Jesus took his last breath and with his last breath and spirit he
let out a big and mighty shout: “It is finished”.

When Jesus said this, it was not to say that he is finished, rather, the work is finished. There is
nothing more comforting than understanding and knowing that we will never run out of grace
or mercy. Jesus was captured and shamed so that humanity might be freed from sin. He died
in the darkness for us to live in light. However, the power of the blood is no longer shame on
you but, shame off you. The blood of jesus, is a bridge to crossover to newness and Life. The
words: "It is finished" refer to a new beginning, rather than the end. Today, or in some other
time in your life, you might've thought that you are finished. That it's over for you. Feelings
like these are common. However, be mindful that the end of an era or stage in your life
doesn't ultimately mean you are done for.

Instead what it means is that, this is the dawn of new blessings as well as God's plan for you.
If we just trust in God, he can transform the rubble we created from leaning on our own
understanding to a new kind of life that is infused with the Holy spirit. Be hopeful, be
expectant. Remember that Jesus’ death was a bridge to wholeness and fullness. As we
continue on this great expedition we call “Life”.

Love and Light,
