4. Shooting (close/distance) or rebounding (attacking or defending) or marking a pass/intercepting

5. Footwork and movement – landing on one/two feet, pivoting.

Passing and receiving (chest pass, shoulder pass, one/two handed passing):

1. chest pass (shorter distance)


2. chest pass (longer distance)
3. chest pass (shorter distance) with a defender
4. chest pass (longer distance) with a defender
5. chest passes on the move
6. one handed shoulder passing
7. one handed shoulder passing with a defender
8. feed drill – variety of balls being thrown, shot and long + wide and close.

Dodging – single/double/sprint:

1. single dodge around cones / stationary defender


2. double dodge around cones / stationary defender
3. single dodge around a live defender
4. double dodge around a live defender
5. single dodge around cones / stationary defender into a sprint
6. double dodge around cones / stationary defender into a sprint
7. single dodge around a live defender into a sprint
8. double dodge around a live defender into a sprint
9. dodging drill – attempt to get around a live defender to receive a ball

Marking a player:

1. receiving a ball landing on one foot


2. receiving a ball landing on two feet

6. receiving a ball landing on two feet, pivoting to pass with a live defender
