Announcements

I. “BIDA Tayo” (Bawat Isa Disiplinado, Aarangkada Tayo) Project

a. The “BIDA Tayo” project is a joint project of all learner organization (BSP, SSLG,
Yes-O, BKD, UNESCO, 4H Likas) that has a goal in mind to set an example and
be a role model for the pupils of CCNHS as a Scout that has a moral compass in
which we call it the “Scout Oath and Law”.
b. The launching of the project will start on Thursday, September 14, 2023
(10:00 AM – 12:00 PM). The “BIDA Tayo” project is simply a clean-up drive
inside the school grounds, primarily, the buildings that are being focused are SHS
Buildings A and B, Lata Buildings, and the Main Building. The assigned building
for the BSP Outfit 361 is the Grade 9 Lata Building.
c. All scouts are expected to participate as this is an opportunity to make an impact
to the community and to establish a connection with the student organizations.
Scouts with AM classes that are participating will be granted an excuse letter
that is duly signed by the Institutional head.
d. Before the clean up drive, all the organizations will assemble in the Multi-purpose
Hall (Social Hall) for picture taking purposes and other more.
e. Scouts are expected to bring:
- Sack (sako)
- Walis tambo and tingting
- Timba
- Basahan and pamunas
- Bar soap
- Dust pan
f. After the project launching, on Friday, September 14, 2023, we will hold a
general assembly with the organizations and the homeroom officers of CCNHS
(Primarily the Presidents, Secretaries, and Protocol Officers). There will be two
sessions, one in the morning, and in the afternoon. The BSP Outfit 361 is in
charge of the crowd control and registration for the attending homeroom
officers.
g. The attire for Thursday, September 13 is Type B (White Shirt, Black pants or
khaki pants and neckerchief). For the Friday, September 14, full type A uniform.

II. Upcoming Backyard Camping and Council Jamboree

a. In celebration of the National Scouting Month in October, the BSP Outfit 361 will
conduct a backyard camping in the school grounds.
b. The Pangasinan San Carlos City Council is now on the works to make the 43 rd
Provincial Camp that will be held in SEPNAS (Speaker Eugenio Perez National
Agricultural School), San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

III. Teachers’ Day Celebration

a. On October 5, 2023, the school will celebrate the Teachers’ Day as a thank you
for the unending persistence and hard work of the teachers for the good of their
students. In line with this, the student organizations have coordinated and
discussed to make a booth in each organization selling items and/or food that a
student could give to their teacher as a gift.
