• this application for moratorium is subject to the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion to approve or decline the same.
• subject to the Bank’s approval, I/We may be granted a moratorium to defer the monthly instalment for up to six (6) months.
• the facility tenure under my/our Letter of Offer/Agreement may or may not be extended due to this moratorium period.
• upon expiry of the moratorium period, I/We shall continue servicing my/our monthly instalment until full and final settlement
of the loan/financing.
• should I/we be ineligible for moratorium, the Bank may consider my/our application for restructuring/rescheduling by
following the Bank’s existing process and requirements.

• to the moratorium terms, and declare that I/We are not bankrupt.
• that the Bank’s acceptance or consent to my/our request here shall not operate as a waiver of any of the Bank’s rights or
remedies under my/our Letter of Offer/Agreement.
• that any act, omission or breach on the Bank’s part shall not operate as a waiver of the Bank’s rights and remedies under
my/our Letter of Offer/Agreement.
• that save for the above the existing terms under my/our Letter of Offer/Facility Agreement continues to subsist and bind
me/us.
REQUEST FOR COVID-19 MORATORIUM

For moratorium request for Hire Purchase or Auto Loan/Financing-i, I/We hereby agree:
• that the facility tenure of my/our loan/financing will be extended for an additional period of up to six (6) months, without any
charges for overdue interest/rental payment and late payment fees.

For moratorium request for all types of loan/financing-i (excluding Hire Purchase or Auto Loan/Financing-i), please select one
of the options:
\ After the moratorium period, I/We hereby agree to maintain the same tenure according to my/our Letter of
Offer/Agreement, with the unpaid amount during the moratorium period added to the principal balance of my/our
loan/financing, thus resulting in a higher installment amount.

\ After the moratorium period, I/We hereby agree to maintain the same installment amount according to my/our Letter
of Offer/Agreement, with an extension of the facility tenure for up to six (6) months.
