Dear Swaleh Mohamed Islam,

We refer to the Terms and Conditions for new Loans (the Terms and Conditions) by Zenka Digital Limited (ZENKA).

Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, you applied for a loan from ZENKA via ZENKA’s platform (web, USSD or
mobile application) and after checking your creditworthiness, ZENKA granted you a loan, full particulars whereof
are known to you.

You have however defaulted, failed and/or neglected to settle the loan repayment amount when due.

We hereby demand from you immediate payment of the outstanding loan amount of KES 43750, as at November
16, 2023 within three (3) days from the date herewith. Kindly note that penalties on the outstanding loan amount
will continue to accrue until payment in full.

If we do not receive the outstanding loan amount within three (3) days from the date hereof, the case will be
referred to an outsourced debt collection agency for further processing. Additional costs will be charged. We
also reserve the right to institute recovery proceedings against you at your own risk as to costs and
consequences incidental thereto. Ensure you make the full loan repayment today or make an extension by
paying the extension fee amount indicated on your Zenka application. Our pay bill is 979988.
