chemical industries I am interested in a position where I can apply my skills to grow with a company.
Experience Boomerang Tube NOV.2010-present I started as crush /crush operator (quality
control)where I cut samples with a band saw and C.N.C for charpy and tensil strength testing.I was
promoted to oiler postion a year later to moniter and maintain hydraulic levels.
Some of my other duties as oiler was minor p.m. of hydraulic systems inspecting for leaks and
repairing, lubricating the mills, slitter, and accumalators.In 2013 I was promoted to tooling department
as set up/machinist .My duties were sharpening slitter and chopper knives to specifications with a
Landis grinder.Installing chopper knives per specifications, rebuilding bearing blocks, upper/lower weld
rolls, sizing/forming rolls, sizing/forming shafts, side rolls.I also resolved some minor safety issues
such as fabricating and welding new beveler hoods and building new elevated platforms for the weld
heads. JSW Steel MAR.2005-2009 I work as a millwright in the pipe mill.My duties were trouble shooting
issues and repairing them in sizing, welding, forming, finishing, and shipping departments.Some of
the equipment I worked on are hydrotesters, pipe expanders, O-press, U-press, crimp press, edge
mill, overhead cranes, conveyor lines, O.D. welder, I.D. welder, hydraulic cylinders, gear boxes.I also
performed preventive maintenance duties and replaced packing in the forming presses as needed.
