 Situation 3

The boy has a leg fracture after riding a bicycle. A man comes and helps him to take to the
nearest hospital. Two nurse staffs welcome him and ask him to sit down. The man explains the
detail information what happened to the boy when riding a bicycle. The nurse staffs ask the boy's
condition and ask him to answer some questions about him and next of kin. The nurse staffs call
the family and ask the family to come to hospital. A few hours later, the family comes to hospital
and meets the boy. Then, the doctor and assistant come to check the boy's condition. They are
together to check the vital signs and the leg fracture. Finally, the doctor informs the boy's
condition including his vital signs and gives prescription.

One day at 13.00 in the afternoon at Komplet Indah, there was a girl who was playing
on her bicycle. and he broke his leg after playing bicycle. A woman came to help take him to
Ibnu Sina Padang Hospital in the emergency room. When he arrived there, 2 nurses greeted him
and asked him to sit down.

Nurse 1 (Nindy): Good morning, Miss

Helper (putri ): afternoon nurse

Nurse 2 (sharif): is there anything we can help you with, right?

Helper (putri): there is a nurse, please help this child, nurse

Nurse 1 (Nindy): What's wrong with this child?

Helper (putri ): this child has fallen off the nurse's bicycle, it seems this child has broken her leg,
nurse

Nurse 2 (Nindy): OK, ma'am, we will examine this child first

Helper (putri ): Thank you, Sister

After the helper took the child to the hospital, the helper returned home

Nurse 1 (Nindy): Sorry about earlier, bro, can I know your name?

Child patient (Amel): my name is Amel, nurse

Nurse 1 (Nindy): How old is Amel?

Child patient (Amel): I am 10 years old, nurse

Nurse 2 (Syarif): OK, Amel, I'll contact Amel's mother first

Nurse 2 (sharif): good afternoon sir

Family (madinul): yes, good afternoon too

Nurse 2 (Syarif): Is this true with Madinul's mother and her child named Amel?

Family (madinul): yes ma'am, what happened to my child?

Nurse 2 (Syarif): my mother fell from her bicycle and is now at Ibnu Sina Hospital in the
emergency room

Family (Madinul): OK, Sister, I'll be there, thank you, Sister

A few hours later, the family came to the hospital and met their child, but the family
had difficulty finding their child's room

Family (madinul): excuse me nurse, can you tell me the way to IGD?
Nurse 2 (syarif): yes ma'am, let me see IGD go straight on children's poly, turn left on ICU room
is on the right

Family (Madinul): Thank you, Sister

Nurse 2 (sharif): you're welcome, ma'am

When the family arrived in the IGD room, a few moments later the doctor and assistant
came to check the child's condition

Doctor (nurul): good afternoon

Child patient (Amel): afternoon doctor

Doctor (nurul): is this true with patient Amel?

Child patient (Amel): yes doctor

Doctor (nurul): how do you feel?

Child patient (Amel): not so good doctor

Doctor (nurul): what does it matter?

Child patient (Amel): I feel pain in my right leg, doctor

Doctor (nurul): okay Amel, I will check the condition of your feet

Child patient (Amel): OK, doctor

Doctor (nurul): nurse, please check Amel's TTV

Doctor's assistant (putri ): OK doctor

Doctor's assistant (putri ): doctor, patient Amel's TTV results were obtained, body temperature:
36 C, pulse rate: 97 beats per minute, respiratory rate: 20 breaths per minute. Blood pressure:
115 over 80

Doctor (nurul): thank you nurse, after I examined Amel, she had a fracture in her right lower leg

Family (Madinul): So what about the doctor?

Doctor (nurul): furthermore, we will do an X-ray on Amel's feet

Family (madinul): both doctors

The radiology nurse took patient Amel to have an X-ray and was accompanied by the
patient's family
Radiology nurse (belia ): excuse me Amel, I'm the radiology nurse who will do an X-ray on
Amel's leg

Child patient (Amel): OK, nurse

Radiology nurse (belia ): X-ray results showed a fracture in the bone in the right leg

Family (madinul): then what about Sister,

Radiology nurse (belia ): Amel's leg will be put in a cast, is the family willing?

Family (madinul): willing nurse

Radiology nurse (belia ): before entering Amel's operating room, we will give you anesthesia
first

Family (madinul): both sisters

After the plaster cast was completed, the doctor prescribed medicine to Amel's family

Doctor (nurul): excuse me ma'am, this is a medicine prescription for Amel patients

Family (Madinul): OK doctor, thank you doctor

A few days later Amel was allowed to go home
