JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB:

 Financial planning,
 Financial analysis and
 Financial projection for The Cuisine Inc.

JOB LOCATION: London, United Kingdom.

POSITION IN ORGANISATION: Financial Analyst holds the second position in

the executive hierarchy.

Reports To: The post holder will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsible For:
 Preparing budgetary plan,
 Financial model and
 Managing Junior Financial Analyst.

Budget Responsibilities: Financial Analyst will assist preparing budgetary plan for
Finance department.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Analyzing financial data and performance for present and previous year
 Creating reports and forecasts based on the findings
 Investigating investment possibilities
 Creating and assessing profit plans
 Identifying financial performance patterns and making suggestions for
improvement
 Modeling and predicting financial data

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Signing financial deeds on behalf of the company
 Determine capital structure
 Prepare budget projection
