Queen Victoria biscuit:

Victoria sponge cake or Queen Victoria's biscuit is no less glorious

baking than the scone bun. The tradition of having tea with this cake
dates back to the Victorian era, and it is said that the biscuit, made
according to a traditional recipe, was a favorite pastry in the royal
palace in those days. In modern English coffee shops, the first thing you
will find on the pastry counters will be scones and biscuits in any
variation on the "Victoria sponge cake" theme.
English bun scone:

It is impossible to list famous British dishes and not mention the scone.
This almost "sacred" pastry for England is served in cafes and
restaurants from morning to night, and, of course, it is baked at home.
Accompanied by morning coffee or tea, served with the famous English
tea in the afternoon and simply eaten as a snack, this crumbly scone is
always appropriate, especially with soft butter and jam.
