1. Henry - Auto Mechanic

Henry has been working with you as an auto mechanic for


the last two years. He has always been one of your
hardest working employees and always did his part to
ensure that his jobs were done right with great attention to
detail.

More recently, you notice he appears tired when showing up


to work. He has been late consistently for the last month,
and when doing final inspections on his most recent car
fix, you noticed a few pieces were not properly installed.

What would you do? Is this a fireable offense?
