2.2. FUNCTION SETTING:

DELAY TIMER:
It is possible to delay the start of a program from 1 to 24 hours:
1. Press DELAY TIMER button: at every pressure the display visualizes the time selected and the led
correspondent to the delay selected switches on.
2. Select a program and press START/RESET button: after a “beep”, the countdown begins;

OPERATION
3. When the time is expired, the program starts.
To change the delay and select a shorter time, press DELAY TIMER button. To reset it, press the button
many times until the CYCLE PROGRESS led, relative to the program selected, switches on.

HALF LOAD on the upper basket:

It is used when there are few dishes to be washed to save water, energy, detergent. Before selecting a
program, press HALF LOAD button; the relative LED switches on and the wash cycle starts on the upper
basket only. Halve detergent quantity.
It is advisable to use powder detergents.
This function is not compatible with BABY and FAST programs.

4 in 1 option:
To use multifunction tablets (2 in 1, 3 in 1, 4 in 1), press “4 in 1” button. This function increases the total time
of a program of about 10/15 minutes.
This button is not compatible with the following programs: FAST, SOAKING, BABY.

2.3. NEW PROGRAMS:

Program no. 4 - FAST:

It is like the traditional FAST program, but it does not accept the HALF LOAD and “4 in 1” functions, to
assure detergent melting.

OPERATION
Program no. 6 - BABY:
Seven Digit dishwasher has a new program, called “BABY”; it is a hygienic cycle to wash nursing-bottle,
teats, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery and all things used by children
The handbook recommends to load crockery on the upper basket, but it is important to know that this cycle
puts on both the basket and it is not compatible with Half Load function. It is advisable to use the upper
basket because of the lower pressure of its wash arm, avoiding that the small and light cutlery used for
children are expelled from the basket.
This program can not be used with multifunction tablets (it does not accept “4 in 1” function) and does not
supply rinse aid.
.
4 in 1 option:
It allows the use of multifunction tablets.
The option 4 in 1:
• Does not restrain salt or rinse aid pilot light.
• Does not restrain the supply of rinse aid.
• Does not restrain the regeneration of the resins
During the wash phase:
• It warms water up to reach a temperature of 55°C (in intensive level it reaches a temperature of 63°C).
• The wash cycle is lengthened of 10 minutes (except the intensive).
The hot rinse provides:
• Warm up to 70°C (except for stemware).
• The intensive cycle does not change in the wash phase but selecting the “4 in 1” option modifies only the
hot rinse (it reaches 70°C).
• In the Stemware cycle the “4 in 1” option increases the temperature of the hot rinse from 65°C to 68°C;
the Stemware Cycle does not reach 70°C in order to protect crystal glasses from corrosion (the wash
phase changes like the other cycles).
• The duration of the cycles, after the selection of “4 in 1” option, changes from 12 to 15 minutes.
• The water softener is adjusted to Minimum position; this setting allows a salt consumption equal to 25
gr./cycle.

REMARK: In appendix no. 1 are schematized the present standard features and the ones modified to
permit the selection of “4 in 1” function.
