Understanding the Dynamics of Economic Growth, Energy Usage, and

Environmental Changes in West and East African Countries.

In this paper, we explore the relationship between economic growth and environmental changes in West
African and North African countries from 2009 to 2019. It focuses on energy resource usage and its
impact on environmental sustainability. The analysis uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL)
method to reveal statistically significant short-term and long-term relationships. Specifically, a notable
negative long-term correlation is identified between CO2 emissions and GDP, indicating potential
environmental consequences of sustained economic growth. The quantitative aspect of this correlation,
expressed as a percentage decrease or increase, adds precision to the findings. In the short term, a
positive correlation is observed between CO2 emissions and GDP, emphasizing the complexity of this
relationship. The study underscores the urgency of adopting environmentally friendly practices by
providing specific examples. Promoting renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power, and
implementing sustainable agricultural methods, like precision farming, are identified as effective
measures to mitigate the environmental impact.

Optimizing Glycemic Control in Ghanaian Women

In this paper, we explore the impact of personalized interventions on the health of Ghanaian women
with diabetes. Significant improvements were observed through tailored dietary changes, targeted
exercises, and individualized health education, including a 1.2% reduction in HbA1c levels, a 2.5-point
BMI decrease, and improved insulin sensitivity. Age-specific patterns highlight the efficacy of tailored
approaches. Statistical significance (p < 0.05) validates personalized strategies, contributing to reducing
health disparities. This research paves the way for a future where personalized healthcare transforms
how individuals achieve optimal health, especially in high-risk populations.
