QUALITY POLICY & OBJECTIVE

QAFAM is committed to deliver the products and services in the areas of “Providing Facility
Management Services in the sector of (but not limited to) Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical
Industries, Medical & Health Care, Commercial & Social Infrastructures etc” with complete
satisfaction of clients in agreed quality standard & time frame always.

We at QAFAM, march with Total Quality approach maintaining high level of quality in each process
and shall provide cost effective products and services conforming to Standards, Statutory &
Regulatory and Customer requirements.

Our strategy is to maintain the reputation by consistently meeting or enhancing customer’s


expectations through continual improvements in planned manner with high priority on
operational safety and developing the skills of our employees achieving high employee morale
and satisfaction.

The Management of QAFAM has set the following Quality Objective:

To achieve these objective, the Management of QAFAM implements a Quality Management


System that meets the requirements of the EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard.

This system measures, analyses and monitors these objectives to seek gradual improvements.

The Management is committed to provide the necessary resources to implement the Quality
Management System and to involve the employees at all levels in the continual improvement
of services and client satisfaction.

QAFAM also acknowledges its responsibility towards the safety of its employees and with
respect to the environment in achieving these goals.

QAFAM prepare and describe the processes and its requirements to implement the QMS
system at projects. This shall include:

➢ Core processes and support processes.


➢ Quality Procedures that describes the methods adopted to manage the core business
process and supporting processes.
➢ Work Instructions/ check sheets that describe the step by step work execution
method, control of the core process and supporting processes
