Important Information
1) Carrying a valid identification card is mandatory and the name on the ticket should match with the Photo ID card of the person boarding
the Gondola.
2) Passengers shall have to report as per the given time-slot for boarding else a fine of Rs.500/- per person shall be levied.
3) JKCCC reserves the right, with or without prior notice to close Gondola G1/G2 or K1 stations, for a particular day or a timeslot, due
to safety reasons, bad weather, technical snag or otherwise. In such an event, the passenger shall not claim the right to ride however the
amount paid shall be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
4) Tickets are valid for 2 hours for Phase 1st and 3 hours for Phase 2nd from the time of boarding at Gulmarg base station.
5) Passengers with both phase tickets shall have to proceed for Phase 2 boarding immediately after deboarding from Phase 1.
6) The return scanning shall close at 4:30pm at Apharwat station and 5pm at Kongdori.
7) Cancellation charge of Rs. 400/- per ticket for Phase 1 and Rs. 500/- per ticket for Phase 2 will be applicable. Also, cancellation
must be made atleast 2 days before the visit date.
8) For cancellation of tickets kindly raise cancellation request using the Cancel Ticket feature on the ticket booking website
(https://jkcablecar.payu.in/cancel)
9) Cancellation or chargeback will not be approved for no - show on visit date.
10) Please follow the instructions given on the public address system by the management of Gulmarg Gondola authority from time to time.
11) Tickets are NON TRANSFERABLE. Please don't accept tickets from any unauthorised source.
12) Anyone caught with a fake ticket or a ticket on the name of someone else shall invoke legal action
13) JKCCC takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable experience at Gulmarg Gondola, however, it shall not be liable for
any person in respect of any loss of or damage to personal property or loss of life, personal injury to any person, whether that loss,
damage or personal injury is caused by any person(s) negligence or otherwise.
14) JKCCC is not responsible for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility.
