purpose is to give all of the responsibilities of the job and the job purpose. This would be illegal
under the Employment equality (age) regulations 2006. None of the forms I analysed above asked
this either and as a result I will not include it in my equal opportunities form. Therefore if the form is
standardized it can be used again and again. This is very important because if someone does not have
any experience in the Job role then the businesses would have to pay for them to have all of the
