    In order to be enrolled in the Confraternity you must:
    1. Go through the rite of solemn reception with an authorized priest.
    2. Fill out this form
    3. Submit this form to the director of the Angelic Warfare Confraternity so that he may inscribe
    your name in the Confraternity’s official register.
