1. Purpose of the Contract (Objeto do contrato):

The Contracted party shall provide legal advisory services to the Contracting
party, as agreed upon by both parties. The services rendered will be strictly
limited to legal counseling and do not constitute the provision of legal
representation.

Our expertise lies in providing tailored solutions and guidance throughout the
divorce process, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution. We will be providing
divorce agreements, divorce settlement services and custody agreement.

(A parte contratada deverá fornecer serviços de consultoria jurídica à parte

contratante, conforme acordado por ambas as partes. Os serviços prestados

serão estritamente limitados a aconselhamento jurídico e não constituem a

prestação de representação legal.

Nossa expertise reside em fornecer soluções personalizadas e orientação

durante todo o processo de divórcio, garantindo uma resolução tranquila e
eficiente. Estaremos fornecendo acordos de divórcio, serviços de acordo de
divórcio e acordo de custódia.)

2. Value and Payment Terms(Valor e forma de pagamento):

The total value of this contract is $2,000 dollars + Court Fees ($375 + $60) + custody
agreement ($600), totaling $3,035 US dollars, to be paid in 2 installments of $1,517.50
each. The payment will be made through Zelle to SOLUTIONS CENTER USA at phone
number: (980) 766-5658.

Additionally, please note that each installment of $1,517.50 will be paid, with the first on
01/08/2024, and the second on 01/23/2024.

(O valor total deste contrato é de $2.000 dólares + Taxas do Tribunal ($375 +

$60) + acordo de custódia ($600), totalizando $3.035 dólares americanos, a
serem pagos em 2 parcelas de $1.517,50 cada. O pagamento será feito por meio
do Zelle para SOLUTIONS CENTER USA no número de telefone: (980) 766-5658.

Além disso, observe que cada parcela de $1.517,50 será paga, sendo
a primeira em 08/01/2024 e a segunda em 23/01/2024.)

3. GOVERNING LAW (Lei aplicável):

This Contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North
Carolina. ( "Este contrato será interpretado de acordo com as leis do Estado da
Carolina do Norte. )
