I. Machine usage range

This device is three rollers symmetrical mechanical roller bending machine. It is used to bend steel into

drums shape with different diameters. And it is widely used in boiler industry, chemical industry, mine industry,

building industry, shipbuilding industry.

III. Main structure and work principle

A. W11-series is mechanical symmetrical plate rolling machine, to bend steel sheet by up roller’s press

down and up roller and bottom rollers’ relative rotation

B. This machine composed of two main parts those are working part welded in whole chassis and

transmission part. Working part composed of left and right bearing bases, one up roller, two bottom rollers (the

material of the three rollers is 45#steel and all done heat treatment), lifting screw and turbine and other

accessory parts. Bottom rollers are main drive rollers, up roller is passive drive roller, adjust up roller up and

down along the height direction. Transmission part composed of main motor, main gear box and other

accessory parts.

C. Bottom rollers are driven by main motor through main gear box, output spindle of main speed

reducer driven to two bottom rollers by one group gears, the revolve direction of rollers adjusted by main

motor.

D. Up roller is lifted by vice motor through vice gear box to drive worms and worm wheel

mechanisms under two sides’ bearing bases of up roller, let screw nut fixed on worm to rotate. So that let lifting

screw move up and down to lift up roller.

E. Tipping device is designed to take out workpiece after drums bended into shape. Should to lift up

roller in top limit position, the balance device of up roller keep press up roller, pull out hinge pin of tipping

bearing base, turnover tipping bearing base, then to take out workpiece along the rollers.

IV. Material and processing technology of work rollers

A. The material of rollers: 45# forging round.

B. Manufacturer: Nanjing iron and steel group.

C. Process art: caststeel ingot—forge semifinished product—fire treatment after forge—rough treatment

by lathe—heat treatment—accurate treatment by lathe—quench in surface.

D. Requirements of heat treatment:

Tempering: hardness range is HB220-260.

Surface medium frequency induction hardening: hardening depth ≥ 3mm (single side), hardness≥ HRC

40-45.

V. Welding joint components

Include rack of machine, base board and other steel components.

A. Art-flow of welding components

Inspect plate—pre-handle plate—provide material—process the mouth of slope—welding—inspect weld

bead—anneal treatment—rough prose—vibrate limitation—accurate treatment—rust cleaning in surface,

corrosion prevent—paint.

B. Technical requirements

a. The material of wielding component is not lower to Q235A; thickness of plate of every component,

must satisfied the requirements about strength, steel, stability, safety and must observe some standards of

roiling machine and steel construction.

b. All wielding joints must satisfy some standards, the high of wielding joints can’t lower to the smaller

thickness of the two workpiece.

c. Must do appearance inspection to wielding joints of steel, surface of weld bead must even, beautiful,

slick and sly, can’t has defects like as flaw, un-wield fuse, blowhole and so on.

d. The roll shafts must finished by bore machine.

VI. Supply range and packing

A. Mechanical main body: up part, bottom rollers part, main transmission part, lifting part, frame and

C. Components related to the whole machine;

F. The machine is NUDE when delivery normally.

VII. Some repaired of buyer

A. The device installation, debugging, pipe laying, wiring, and other work (include foundation embedded

parts, secondary grouting) must finished on buyer’s spot;

B. Planking and install security fence around the device;

C. Grounding components and other necessary parts;

D. Lubrication oil, lubrication fat and so others like before;

E. Supply 415V/50HZ power input to the main power interface of the device electric box;

F. Arrange the worker to do some training on seller’s spot;

G. Buyer must operate device to the using manual and other files, or if causes the device damage and other

accidents, the seller don’t assume any responsibility.

IX. Guarantee
Duration of warranty of the machine is 12 months (except any consumable parts and working tools) from

the date of Certificate of Goods hand-over, except any miss operation of artificial ignorance. If the device

happens fault or quality problems, seller should write reply in 5 hours (except nighttime) effetely after receive

fault notice from buyer (Chinese and English copy), the seller is responsible for settling and bearing all charges

and expenses related to the costs for workmanship and materials caused from faulty designed of the machinery

and/or poor workmanship within the period of warranty (repairing, sending new parts, etc.). After warranty,

seller supply paid service.

VI. Documents and files: Supply the device the device installation layout, foundation
drawing and maintain process and ways, assembly drawing, electrical schematic, hydraulic
schematic, use and maintain books and so on, at the same time supply the raw and
accessory material list for trail device.
