No. 2074776/Prog.1V/2023, dated 15.05.2023. The attention of the Commissioner of School Infrastructure is invited to the references cited. 2. In the meeting chaired by Chief Secretary to Government on “Mana Badi- Nadu Nedu”, on 01.03.2023 at CS Conference Hall, AP Secretariat, it has been resolved that the MD, APEWIDC be permitted to constitute Technical Support Unit (TSU) for Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Program, to work under the control of the Commissioner School Infrastructure, to ensure smooth implementation of Nadu Nedu program of different departments. Guidelines to constitute the TSU are as under: 1. The Technical Support Unit (TSU) as requested will be constituted based on the vacant posts available in APEWIDC. 2. Against the available vacant posts, APEWIDC will take action to fill the posts required in TSU by way of deputation on FSTC or Contract basis. 3. Against the available vacant posts the required number of Data Entry Operators/DPOs and office subordinates will be engaged by APEWIDC on outsourcing basis through APCOS. 4. For affecting the above, APEWIDC will convert certain vacant posts from one category to another. 5. The required IT Man power will be sourced on contract basis through an agency which will be furnished by APEWIDC through existing procedure 6. To setup the TSU and to incur the recurring and non-recurring expenditure from the program cost. 7. To incur the expenditure related to setting up the TSU such as IT Infrastructure, setting up of office, Vehicle hire charges and Maintenance 8. To provide transport facility to officers as per their eligibility. 9.
