All payments for service fees will be made into the Network Migration Client’s Bank account. As work is
completed per the service agreement, an invoice will be generated, and the funds drawn down from the Client’s
account to cover the respective invoice. Respective debtor account will be held with a credit balance until work
is completed.

Payment Terms

Should you wish to sign on for the full package (entire process), you will qualify for:

• 10% discount on upfront payment of the full amount.

• 5% discount on 50% upfront payment of the full amount.

• Incremental Monthly Payments of NZ$1250.
