to participate in the off-campus event_________________________[event name] at___________
[venue of the event] from _________ to ___________ [ mention dates for which the student needs to
go out of the University including the days of travel] .

Now, therefore, in consideration of the University allowing my ward to take on the abovementioned
off-campus event, I do hereby declare and undertake to abide by the following:

1. That the ward has to stay overnight outside University campus and he shall be personally
responsible to take care of himself/herself and his/her belongings of all kinds while on the
off-campus visit.

2. That my ward while participating in an off-campus event(s), shall not visit any place(s)
other than approved by the University for the aforesaid event.

3. That my ward shall be personally responsible for all his/her actions and conduct while
participating in the off-campus event(s). In the event of any in-disciplinary act by my ward,
the University would also be at liberty to take action against him as deem appropriate.

4. That for any unforeseen issues arising that are not covered here, or in respect of all the
matters, not expressly provided herein, the University may take an appropriate decision that
shall be final and binding on me and my ward.
