USING LIVED EXPERIENCE TO IMPROVE HOMELESS SERVICES

A free 6 week course for people with lived experience of mental


health and/or substance use challenges who have experience of
homelessness. Together participants will design a training
programme for staff of homeless services using their own lived
experience of how the services need to improve.
On completion of the course, graduates will have the opportunity
to train up in facilitation skills, and two graduates who take the
faciliation course will then facilitate the delivery of the training
course to staff of homesless services
