Conditions

1. Annual contribution amount to be paid fully in advance.

2. Every Claim must accompanied by accident report while submission.
3. In case of Third Party Liability claim and whilst the insured vehicle is being driven by a person below 18 years of age, Al Rajhi Takaful reserves the right of
recourse upon indemnifying the third party unless anyone below 18 years of age or authorized drivers are named in the policy schedule.
4. Excluding cover if vehicle use different than one mentioned in vehicle information Section
5. I confirm that the data and information in the application form are correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I do agree to the terms and conditions of
Al Rajhi Takaful products approved by SAMA. In addition, I understand that premium quoted is based on driver information, vehicle information and use of the
vehicle.
6. This policy does not cover the vehicle driven or being in its way to be driven or being possessed by driver except for its participant or the named driver. This
exception is not applied in the case of loss or damage of the vehicle resulting from robbery.
7. As per SAMA rules, an administrative fee of SAR 30 will be charged on policy cancelation
8. All other terms and conditions as per Al Rajhi Takaful standard policy.
