Online PF Withdrawal

1. Login to the Unified Member portal using the UAN and password.

2. From the top menu bar, click on the ‘Online Services’ tab and select ‘Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D )’ from the drop-down
menu

3. ‘Member Details’ will be displayed on the screen. Enter your bank account already seeded in KYC, and click on ‘Verify’.
4. Click on ‘Yes’ to sign the certificate of undertaking and Proceed For Online Claim further.

5. While filing the online withdrawal claim, there are two options of forms (Form 19 & 10C)
6. Please select PF withdrawal (Form 19):
7. Upload Form-15G for Income TAX purpose.

9. After filling up the address details, further, the member needs to sign a disclosure form by clicking on the left-hand box on the
bottom of the box. Once you click on the box, “Get Aadhaar OTP” tab will be visible on the screen, which needs to be clicked
for generating a one-time password to authenticate the online advance request. You must enter the OTP in the box provided
below and click on “Validate OTP and Submit Claim Form” to complete the online PF withdrawal process.

Note: The basic rule for Pension fund withdrawal is that the claimant should be unemployed for 2 months from the DOL to
withdraw the fund. Employment status will be checked based on the UAN number. The claim will be rejected if currently
employed and Online Transfer must be applied as per attached Process flow.

3. While filing the online withdrawal claim, there are two options of forms (Form 19 & 10C), Please select Pension
withdrawal (Form 10C):

Form 10C (only pension withdrawal) – This form is used to withdraw only the pension amount.

Once submitted, the claim will directly go to RPFC for Pension settlement.

Note: The basic rule for Pension fund withdrawal is that, the claimant should be unemployed for 2 months from the
