Project: Refill Reminders: Refill Reminders were set to be sent out once and there was no follow up alert
resulting in members forgetting to refill their medication. The goal of the project involved exposing Refill
Reminders preferences on Portal and Mobile and implement various messaging content alerting the
member of their refills remaining. Members would receive their Refill Reminder through the channel of
their preference: SMS, Phone, and Email.
Project: The sole objective of the project was to revamp the Express website in the visual aesthetic sense
and enhance the ecommerce engine underneath it. Other modifications and enrichments included site
search, zoom features and optimization of its shopping lifecycle.

Responsibilities
 Gathered business requirements by participating in JAD sessions, interviewing business users and
