Charismatic Leadership Script

Reema: A very good morning everyone! I am Fatima Reema G. Jahari..

Cristy: and I am Cristy G. Delos Santos

Hosts: Your hosts for today’s episode of TBA: To Be Announced

Reema: Since the election is fast approaching, we have been inviting candidates to know more about
their personalities and different advocacies..

Cristy: and for today’s episode, we will be having a very special guest. He is a television personality,
producer and film actor. He was also formerly known as Manila Bad Boy and above all that, he is one of
the Padillas. Can you guys guess who it is?

Reema: Ohhh, gangster! (jokingly) (Fans cheering and going wild)

So Cristy
without further ado, let us all welcome..

Hosts: Mr. Robin Padilla!!!

Adcel: Magandang umaga po sa inyong lahat! (Waving and smiling to everyone then sit)

Reema: Welcome to our show Mr. Robin

Adcel: Oh no, you can just call me Robin (smile)

Hosts: (makes kilig lol)

I feel really
loved and welcome here (widely smiling)

Cristy: You are truly welcome in our show.. and if you don’t mind me asking, Mr. Robin, I mean Robin,
what made you decide to run as a senate po?

Adcel: At first, she was very nervous kasi alam naman nating lahat na iba ang trabaho ng pagiging artista
sa pagiging senator, but then I really convinced her to support me with this kasi talaga namang matagal ko

Adcel: Actually, I have been studying and researching about how all these things work. I work and
collaborate with the most trusted people regarding what I want to advocate and with the overall process
and filling of my candidacy.

Reema: With that being said, what is your advocacy or platform all about?
crackdown on illegal drugs ang talaga namang gusto kong tanggalin o bawasan, and aside from that, since
And if you don’t mind, I actually have someone with me, may we call on
Doctor Nushaima Taip?

Cristy: Of course, let us all welcome Doctor Taip everyone

Nur-shaima: Good morning everyone. Thank you for having me here. I am actually one of the people
who Robin reached out to and collaborated with for his advocacy

Cristy: Can you please tell us more about his advocacy?

Nur-shaima: My pleasure.. so he came up with this idea of doing a seminar sa school, barangays and
even workplaces to educate people on the 3 levels of preventive care. So firstly, we have the primary
intervention that aims to prevent disease or injury before it ever occurs such as vaccination, promoting
regular exercise and healthy eating habits. The secondary intervention serves as early detection and
screening to identify diseases in the earliest stages, before the onset of signs and symptoms such as
having pap-smear test every year for the sex workers and TB testing, and lastly the tertiary preventions
that aims to reduce the severity of the disease and provide treatments and management such as
hypertensive and diabetic management and providing palliative care.

Reema: Wow, what a very significant and beneficial advocacy! That would truly help us to be more
engaged and to take good care of our own health.
ngayon? Is it okay, Mr. Robin? (Adcel nods and smile)

Rhanizza: I must say ang ganda po ng inyong mga plataporma, but I also want to ask po, does your
advocacy also consider and include the mental health issues? Because as we all know, everyone is dealing
with silent battles, so it would be really nice to enlighten people about these issues and how to deal with
them.. (Make it sound you are convincing)

Adcel: Tama, tama, you have been heard. So since there is an increase in mental health issues with
teenagers and young adults, I also want to focus on that issue. I want to educate and make everyone
especially parents and relatives, understand the importance of communicating with one another,
especially at home. To try to reach with their children and to have a deep talk or kumustahan from time to
time. I know with today’s generation, it is a bit challenging, but you know, everything takes time. One
step at a time lang (Encourage people and smile)

Cristy: That is truly a heart warming advocacy - well said, Mr. Robin. Wow, today’s episode is indeed
fruitful and we were able to discuss the relevant and timely issues and advocacies of Mr. Robin Padilla.

Reema: Thank you for sharing and motivating us to take actions, Mr. Robin

Cristy & Reema: Again, this Cristy and Reema, reminding you not just to be a good leader, but to be a
charismatic one. Have a good day everyone!

Adcel: (Saying thank you and hand shaking everyone) (Fans asking for a photograph and autograph)

Reema: Charismatic leaders have charismatic power, a strong influence over others because of their
magnetic personalities and infectious charm. Charismatic power can be very beneficial to organizations
because it presents many desirable qualities. They are strong communicators and motivators.

Cristy: Charismatic leaders are persuasive, empathetic, charming, and motivating. They encourage others
to take risks and perform at their best. They reach their audience effectively and authoritatively through
clear communication and promote an environment of collaboration and teamwork. They are also sensitive
to the needs of others and make changes to benefit those around them.

Cristy: That would be all for our group presentation, gracias!
