1. Create a basic Shopify store: create a basic Shopify store from scratch. You can choose
any theme and customize it as per their requirements. Also, add a few products and set up
payment and shipping options.
2. Customize a Shopify theme: A Shopify theme is to create a unique look and feel for the
store. should modify the theme files, add new sections, and tweak the styling to match their
branding. Add a minimum of 20 products & 5 pages to each store.
4. Make sure the content and images in the store are unique.
Note: Minimum 3 stores should be submitted, marketing campaign just make screenshots.

.Here are the guidelines for the assignment:
1. Product Selection: You may choose any product category, but it should be a product that
is not currently sold on Amazon. You will need to research the market demand, competition,
and profitability of the product before making a selection.
2. Market Research: You will need to conduct thorough market research to understand the
customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior. You may use tools like Amazon's
Best Seller Rank, product reviews, and customer feedback to gauge the competition and see
what customers want.
3. Amazon Account Setup: You will need to set up a professional Amazon seller account and
create a product listing for your chosen product. Your product listing should be optimized for
Amazon's search algorithm.
4. Pricing Strategy: You will need to determine the appropriate price for your product based
on your costs and the competition. You should create a pricing matrix based on different
scenarios.
5. Promotion Strategy: You will need to create a promotion strategy to drive traffic and sales.
This might include running Amazon ads, leveraging social media and email marketing, and
offering promotions or discounts to generate interest. You should create a promotion plan
with specific goals and tactics.
6. Monitoring and Adjustment: You will need to monitor your sales and customer feedback
and adjust your strategy as needed. You should provide regular reports on your sales,
customer feedback, and adjustments made to your strategy.
I will first check for the manufacturers nearby and filter for the one that best suits my
planning, pricing, and the quality I expect. Apart from pots, earthen cooking vessels can also
be kept as a plan B. Since we are getting directly from manufacturers the spending will be
less and the profit will be more. If both pots and vessels go out well we can establish them
together. During the Summer season, the trend for pots and utensils will be more and if we
sell at that time we can gain more profit. The target audience will be people who cook, and
who like natural products, and handmade products.
Mitticool and Ecocraft are the two companies that takes up the manufacturing of earthen
pots and sell online. The competitors are less and sustainability depends on how good our
products are.
