Sichern sie die Lampe gegen Kontakt mit Wasser, da sie ‘sonst explodieren kann! Schalten sie das Vorschaltgerat aus und sichern es gegen Einschalten! ie Schnellverschldsse des Einschubs und zichen sic ihn horizontaler Richtung heraus. Achten sie darauf,, das die Xenonlampe nicht beschivdigt wird (Lesen siedazai Punkt 15 11). Nach dem die Kabel an dem neuen Einschub befestgt sind, halten sie den Einschub horizontal und schieben ihn mit den Silikongleiter, die an den Reflektorhaltem befestigt sind, in das Gehfuse cin. Verriegeln sie die Verschltisse wieder. Die Dichtung des Einschubs soll al iar gewechselt werden, 12,)Weehsel der Lampe Einschub ausbauen, wie unter Punkt 11.) beschrieben, Achtung: Tragen sie Schutzhandschuhe mit Stulpen und einen Gesichtsschutz den die HMI- Lampe steht unter Drucki! Sichern sie die alte Lampe mir deren Schutzkappe bevor den Arbeiten beginnen! Sichern sie die Lampe gegen Kontakt mit Wasser, da sie sonst explodieren kann!! Schalten sie das Vorschaltgorat aus und sichern es gegen unbefugtes Einschalten! Lésen sie den anoden Kontakt ( Plus Lampe) mit einem 13 mm Maulschliisse, entfernen sie ihn. Losen sie die Schrauben des kathoden Kontaktes und bauen die alte Lampe, wenn sie kalt ist, aus. Bauen sie die neue Lampe ein und priifen die Schrauben aut| festen Sitz. Achtung, entfernen sie die Schutzkappe der Lampe ! Bauen sie den Einschub Version 02-2004 1.)Replace plus limportant: Cover - without fail - the Xenon lamp with the protective eap.
