IPO & De-merged stocks Setup Rules :-
- Use Daily as well as Weekly Time Frame.

- Wait for closing of candle on listing DAY.

- Next day focus only on IPO candle HIGH & IPO candle LOW.

- If shares received in allotment put SL below IPO candle LOW

(DCB close required 1% below IPO candle LOW) .

- If you want to BUY, then wait for close above IPO candle HIGH
(DCB close required 1% above IPO candle HIGH).
IPO & De-merged stocks Setup Rules :-
- We hold stocks with TSL (Trailing Stop Loss) .
TSL will be latest higher low on daily time frame. If there is no
higher low on daily time frame then we can put SL below IPO
candle low or lowest level after listing.

- IPO setup rules valid max to max 365 days. (Do not use IPO setups
rules after 1 year).

-After entry, do not take more than 20% RISK from entry level.(Consider
Candle low, Latest higher low, Breakout candle low & Lowest level after
listing).
IPO & De-merged stocks Setup Rules :-

- If after entry the stock appreciate by 50% then we can keep SL of latest candle
LOW on weekly chart or latest Higher Low(HL) on daily chart (Make sure
the HL is within 20%)

- If BO comes in the 12th month then we should wait for

weekly close above IPO candle High as additional confirmation.

- Capital Allocation 4 - 5% (after that on every new BO we can allocate 1%

capital of our net capital (portfolio + cash).
