The examination for the degreesof Master of Liw shall be held in two parts and each part shall consist of two Semesters as named below viz:- - LL.M. Part-I" First Semester Examination LLM. First Year (I & II Semester), LL.B. Second Year (III & IY Semester) and LL.B. Final Year (V & VI Semester) and shall be of ‘three year duration. Candidates seeking admission to’ the LL.8. degree course must have passed degree examination from any recognized university and must have secured minimum percent of marks specified under the adnission rules notified by the University. The admission to the courses shall be through an entrance test or on merit.
