7 temporary full-time positions 4/1/2024 to 12/31/2024; construction laborers, provide general

support to construction sites including, clean up debris, move materials, mix materials, lift and
place components, place and remove forms, help tradesmen, using shovels, rakes, brooms,
wheelbarrow, blower, hammers and screwdrivers and other hand tools, and other related tasks.
No exp nec. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs 7-4 M-F Sat work required when necessary.
40hrs/wk plus 10 hours overtime in normal week. $24.83/hr + OT@ $37.25/hr. Er provides
without charge all tools and equipment. On job training provided. Single workweek used for
wages. Payday every 2 weeks. Payroll deductions as required by law. Reimbursement for all visa
and border crossing expenses within first week of work. If the worker completes 50% of the
work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence
from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or
where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable
costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally
departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with
another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the
most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence
will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with
receipts. Er guaranties work for at least 3/4 of work days in each 12 week period. N. Mallari
