    Libacao: PPAs under Popdev will be certified by the Budget Officer and will be given points.

    LGUs will check with their province regarding their targets and check their accomplishments.

    Libacao clarified if they need to be certified by the province.

    RVL: MOVs only deadline will be Dec 22. Attendance sheet, pics

    RD agreed that the deadline be moved to Dec 29

    Certificate of Recognition to M/CPOs aside from the plaque given to the LGUs.

    CPD region VI to provide a template of the feedback form to all the Participants (PMOC)

    CPD to provide policies to interested LGUs re collection of fees when conducting PMOC (minimal
    amount)
