Executive Summary
This report's objective is to provide students majoring in business administration at
FPT University with practical strategies for effectively managing deadlines. Thus,
through this study, we hope to help students find a way to cope with deadlines or even
exams, reduce frustration and avoid cramming and rushing in order to meet deadlines. To
carry out this project, we formed the ideas of the topic and divided specific tasks among
each member for deep understanding. For the next step, we collected data through a
survey form and searched for more information in relation to the topic. Lastly, after we
got all the needed information, we did an analysis based on the data and evaluated the
information, and then wrote output research to indicate solutions for students to
overcome their difficulties in dealing with deadlines.

Introduction
With how common it is among students, procrastination is considered a student
syndrome since it causes students to submit work late and be unprofessional in the
lecturers’ eyes. Failing to meet deadlines can result in poor grades, increased stress
levels, and a negative impact on overall academic performance. Meeting deadlines,
therefore, is a critical aspect of college life. Successfully managing deadlines requires
effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle academic and
personal responsibilities simultaneously. This report was conducted with the purpose of
providing business administration students with practical strategies and recommendations
for effectively dealing with deadlines in their process. By implementing these strategies,
students can enhance their productivity, lower their stress levels, and improve their
chances of academic success.

Project purposes
The goal of this research is to address the difficulties that student majoring in
business administration at FPT University frequently encounters when managing
deadlines and to offer them practical strategies to overcome these challenges. The
specific purposes of this project are:
1. To educate business administration students about the importance of meeting
deadlines.
2. To provide students with effective time management strategies
3. To reduce stress and improve well-being
4. To enhance productivity and academic performance
5. To foster long-term skills for future success.

Overall, the project aims to equip college students with the knowledge and tools
necessary to successfully manage deadlines, cope with stress, and achieve academic
excellence.

Expected results
The survey on helping students meet deadlines provides important and useful
information to improve the process of helping students meet deadlines. Assess the level
of difficulty of students in completing the work, identify the main causes of difficulties
for students during the completion of the work, and learn methods to support students in
the process of completing the work. deadlines are most effective and measure the
effectiveness of student support methods during implementation. Finally, provide
solutions to improve the process of supporting students during work.

Challenges & Solutions

The challenge in project implementation is that in the process of finding
information from the internet, articles and blogs will have the problem that this
information will have many sources and diversity, making the accuracy not high and
costly. spend a lot of time searching for the optimal solution.

The solution given is that we will give specific information we are looking for,
such as the effects and benefits of that method, along with the rationality in practice, from
which to select the methods. most effective to send to readers

Analysis
Readers will be provided with many suitable methods to solve their own problems,
depending on their level, through reading this research paper.

Conclusion
The conclusion of the campaign to help business administration students meet
deadlines has been very positive and successful. Our team had plans and shared time
management skills and improved working capacity to help students meet deadlines on
time. Looking for the optimal solution to solve this problem. The exchange of
experiences and encouragement among the group members helped to create a positive

and motivating atmosphere for the students. From there, find solutions to help students
meet deadlines effectively and achieve the best results.
