 Latest Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of
Tahasildar / Addl. Tahasildar.
 All SEBC applicants have to produce SEBC Certificate issued by Competent Authority. No
OBC Certificate will be entertained
12. Latest residential Certificate issued by the Competent Authority i.e not below the rank of
Tahasildar /Addl. Tahasildar.
 Persons with Disability.
 The applicants selected under this Category have to produce original certificate issued by
the Competent Authority i.e. CDMO/ADMO.
 Following categories of persons such as OL (One leg affected), OA (One arm affected), LV
(low vision/partially blind), BL (both legs affected but not arms, mobility not to be
restricted), PD (partially deaf with suitable aid) are eligible for the post as per the GA Deptt.
Resolution No. 3404 dated 13.02.2006 and the same was also mentioned in the
advertisement.
 Applicant not fulfilling the above criteria will not be considered.
13. Ex‐Servicemen category
 The selected applicants have to produce the original discharge certificate issued by the
Competent Authority along with an affidavit duly sworn in below an Executive Magistrate
containing following matters.
 That they have not availed the facility of Ex‐Servicemen quota earlier.
 That they have not been discharged from military on account of misconduct or inefficiency
or on account of physical disability attributable to military service at the time of joining.
14. Sports person Category:‐
Identity card issued by the Competent Authority i.e Director of Sports, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Any other certificate submitted by the applicant at the time of application.

N.B:‐ Criminal action as deemed proper will be intimated against the applicant in case of forged
documents / misrepresentation of facts.
