INTRODUCTION
A spreadsheet program is an application software
package that is used to organize and analyse
numeric data in rows and columns, and perform
calculations on the data. These rows and columns
are collectively called a worksheet. You can add,
subtract, multiply or divide and perform many
advanced calculations on the numeric data that
you enter.
• Google Sheets: Google Sheets stands out for its cloud- based
nature. It allows seamless editing by multiple users
simultaneously, making it a popular choice for collaborative
projects and remote work.
• Organizing Data: You can also use Calc for organizing data. The
row and column format of a Calc spreadsheet is perfect for
entering data that you need to track. After entering the data,
you can perform various sorting operations to control how the
data is listed.
• Storing Data: In Calc, you can store data as a workbook file. Calc
workbook is stored using the .ods file extension. Within each
workbook, you can store numerous individual worksheets to
hold your data
• Share Date Sharing Data: Calc allows you to share your data
with other users. You can import data from other sources and
export data into other file formats. To share your data with
others, you can also save your data as a PDF or HTML file.
