1. Law of Attraction - plan what will u do to achieve something, purpose, passion life 2. Set Boundaries - listen to inner intuition, PRIORITISE which comes first 3. Name Your Critic - example: cynthia (your critic's name) sounds negatively in your brain and you need to let her to stop, your body will natural revert your energy from negative to positive, detach from emotionself 4. Taking Care of Yourself 5. Be Kind to Others 6. Fake It Till U Make It- if communication is not your strong skill, FAKE IT and PRACTICE IT BETTER for yourself. 7. Change Your Language - ability to control your mind language such as instead of saying | CANT, use | WONT as | have important task to complete 8. Someone Might Need U - lots of personal voices around the world, u might want to voice out something to people and who knows u able to lift up and connecting to people 9. Dont Compare Yourself - confidence means you are in the same level as everyone and not ego thinking you're better than everyone, choose to behave, choose what energy to give off, NO WINNING BUT ONLY LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE 10. Exercise - strong cardiovascular system will make you more energise for the rest of your day, improve mental health 11. Listen to listen - listening to listen not listening to respond.. paying attention to what one is saying not thinking what you're going to say (it's rude and please shut down your ego) 12. Stay educated - look to be better than yesterday not to be better than anyone ("dont compare yourself with anyone but compare yourself with yourself yesterday")... educate yourself: learning new skills, reading etc 13. Leave your ego behind - put your ego behind and try to learn from different people/ perspectives... it's valuable to listen, learn and share from people 14. Embrace failure - "welcoming failure’ ... when u feel hurt due to failure, u bounce back to do better... failure sucks but u learn and grow to improve it * what do | need to do next? , what did | do wrong? , how can | be better? .. learn and move on from failure not keep on repeating it (as u will remain stuck there)
