 IS SCHOOL REALLY A SCAM?
People always talk about individuals who have become
successful without much schooling. They talk about
milloniares and billoniares without college degrees. Now
think, what about the milloniares that went to school. The
ones who were excellent in school and are excellent in life.
Some people will say that 2face was a dropout but they
won't tell you that psquare were graduates.
They will tell you that Mark Zuckerberg did not Complete
his schooling but they won't tell you that Jeff Bezos (The
world's richest man) was a Princeton graduate.
They will tell you that Aliko Dangote did not go to school
when they have never researched into his biography.
Friends if you may know, Dangote has a bachelor's degree
in business studies and administration.
While it’s true that there are successful college dropouts,
statistically speaking, they are not the norm. As
researchers in education and talent, found that the vast
majority of the world success stories are college
graduates, such as Sheryl Sandberg (Harvard), Jeff Bezos
(Princeton), Femi Otedola (OAU) and Marissa Mayer
(Stanford)
According to billoniares census by Wealth-X, the vast
majority of billionaires did make it to a bachelors degree,
and many went farther and they estimated that only 739
out of the total 2,473 billionaires were college dropouts.
If you check properly, most of the people that say school
is scam are actually scammers themselves. They don't
want to read and study. So they use the statement "School
na scam" as an excuse. They don't believe in working hard
and making money in the right way.
It's true that you can become rich with little schooling. But
I tell you it's impossible to be successful without some
form of education whether formal or informal. School
provides formal education and we should embrace it.
School provides the foundation for developing our mental
capabilities. School teaches you to read and write.
Education has made village children president of nations.
It has made life easier through the development of
technologies and medicine. Hence, school is not a scam.
Now tell me, why is it that most successful individuals
who have achieved greatness without much schooling
send their children to the best schools in the world, if truly
school is a scam
It's fine if you don't want to go school. It's okay if you want
to pursue your talents or learn a skill. But I advise you get
rid of the school na scam mentality. Because you might
even discourage people from going to school. Also, don't
forget that when you acquire a skill without going to
school you will be classified as a middle class skilled
person.
Study, Be serious in school, have good grades and use the
platform to express your potential. Those were the words
of Pastor Emmie Oludele. Being excellent in school and in
life is a plus. It's an advantage.
So get rid of the School na scam mentality. School is not a
scam.

THE LAW OF AFFIRMATION

Several years ago, I was reading a book titled The secret
by Rhonda Byrne and she wrote something that struck me.
She said, Most people don't get what they want in life
because they focus on what they don't want.
Yes, I totally agree with her. By focus, she meant that they
talk, think, see and feel what they don't want in life.
So according to the law of attraction, they eventually
attracts those things into their lives unconsciouslly.
Think about this, what if you use the same energy you use
to worry and focus on the bad things in life to focus on the
positives.
Don't you think your life would be better?
Before I entered school, I told myself repeatedly that I
would be the best in my department and I was the best in
my dept from my 200 level till when I graduated.
I remember telling my friend victor that I would write a
book before I graduate and in my 400level second
semester, I wrote a book.
I would consistently affirm my goals and I watched them
came to pass.
Affirmation is saying a thing repeatedly. Its saying
something until you believe it.
While affirming, you don't look at your circumstances or
present situation. You just keep saying what you believe
about your life.
You keep saying those positive statements into your
future.
It takes a lot of faith to do this because you won't see
immediate results.
But you just have to keep saying it. Don't stop.

Develop the value of saying the right things because it is
your VALUES that will determine your VALUE in life.

TWO SET OF PEOPLE THAT WIll

NEVER BE RICH
1. People that don't solve a problem
This is one of the challenge of some people. After praying,
fasting and sowing seeds. They expect money to fall from
heaven or they expect one stranger to just give them 10
million naira.
Most people don't have anything they can sell or any
service they can deliver, yet they expect money to come.
God said, I will bless the works of your hands. The issue is
that most people don't have any work.
They disobey the enternal principal which is SOWING
before REAPING.
Before money will come to you, you need to give out value
first. People pay for value.
That's why Zig ziglar said, if you give as much people what
they want, they will give you what you want.
In other words, the money you're looking for is with people.
To collect it, GIVE them value.
Its VALUE for VALUE.
2. People that don't give money.
There is something called the 70/30 principle.
Let me explain, The 70/30 principle states that for every
major money that enters your hand, 70 percent is for your
expenses, 20 percent is for your savings and investment
while 10 percent is for giving.
If you want to be rich, make It an habit of giving part of
your income to charity, church or any course you believe in.
Except you want to remain a pauper forever, you must get
rid of the receiving mentality.
You always have something to give to others.
Don't wait till you have much before you start giving, give
from the little you have.
Les brown said you don't become great to get started, you
get started to become great.

more money will come to you.

because of some poor investment decisions I made, so I

I did not pray for money, neither did I call anyone, all I did

PROVIDE to get money this week?

I pondered for sometime and BOOM an idea came to me

and guess what? I made 10,000 naira on Wednesday night
without leaving my house.

Yes! The alerts came in, all I needed to do was to provide

1000 naira service for TEN people online.
Simple right?

The money came because I got an IDEA and I ACTED on it.

The money you're looking for is inside of you.

Yes! You're carrying it.

I dare you today to take that bold step, I dare you to think
and act.

Will you fail? Yes, YOU MIGHT FAIL, but that does not
make you a failure. You must understand that failure is
just an EVENT.

It happens to everyone, Bill gates has failed, Aliko dangote

has failed, Mike Adenuga is a product of many failures
BUT they all refused to give up.

If Nigeria youths understand this, they won't run after
money, instead they will run after knowledge.

Without knowledge, skills and accurate information, a

man's wealth cannot last.

Musicians, public speakers and consultants are being paid

millions of dollars just to perform for minutes.

When I watched how RUSSEL BRUNSON made millions of

dollars in less than an hour, I understood more why I
needed to develop myself.

You bought Ethereum, lets say for 90k and you're waiting
for it to rise to 50 million after some years. Well, there's
nothing wrong with that at all but just know that there are
some people that will make that money ANYTIME that
want to make it. They're some people that will make that
money in less than an hour.

The difference between you and that person is that they

have invested in themselves more than you.

Everybody is an investor, some invest in assets (real

estates, gold, agriculture e.t.c), some invest in themselves,
some invest in liabilities.

So what are you investing in?

For me, I invest in assets and this include my mind. Yes! I

see my mind as an asset. In fact it is my GREATEST asset.

You can buy a cow for 50k today, feed that cow with
enough food so it grow and get fatter. Then sell it for more
than twice the buying price.

Why did the value of the cow increase?

Simple, the owner invested in it.

Friends, brothers, sisters, father, mother, uncles and

aunties THE GREATEST INVESTMENT YOU CAN MAKE IS
TO INVEST IN YOURSELF. Don't take this likely.

SUCCESSFUL NUISANCE
If you ask some young guys why they want to be rich &
successful. The last thing that will come out from their
mouth is IMPACT. All they will tell you is how they want to
buy big cars, buy expensive clothes, do give aways, party
all night and sleep in expensive hotels.

See eh, I pray that some people never become successful

because according to Olakunle Soriyan, they will become
NUISANCE to the society. For instance what do you think
that a broke guy that sleeps with different girls daily will
do when he has money.
He is broke, yet he is destroying the destinies of our girls,
that means he will cause more damage and havoc when
he becomes successful.

A lot of successful celebrities have made our girls loose

their home trainings because of their give aways.

We are tired of having rich people that cannot add value to

the society instead they use their money to cause more
havoc.

We need people with value who can make a lasting impact

in the society. People who can take on big projects, people
who can cause positive change, people who are
determined to leave legacies. People that will add to the
GDP of our nation.

We need those people fela durotoye called nation builders,

generation shapers and society leaders. We need captains
of industries, people with morals and great leadership
skills.
Anybody can have money and can parade his/her self as a
success. But Money without valuable contribution is not
true success. If your money is only aiding the destruction
of people, then you're not successful. You're just a
NUISANCE.

Dear youth, In the pursuit of wealth and financial freedom

make sure you don't forget to pursue true meaning and
purpose. Always seek to make lives better for others in
any possible way you can. The people that become truly
great are those that are SELFLESS, those that don't just
focus on their PERSONAL AGGRANDIZEMENT.

I watched ALLEN ONYEMA yesterday and he said

something striking, He said that the major reason he
started AIR PEACE was to CREATE MORE EMPLOYMENT
for people. The goal was not to enrich himself more, it was
to enrich other lives. That is true success.

Focus on building lives and making others better. If the

only thing you have is money, then you're POOR.
Some people are so poor, the only thing they have is
MONEY. Take money away from them, and they're empty.

It's only in Africa you will see a mother telling his own child
E NO GO EVER BETA FOR YOU.

African parents will CURSE their children without feeling

any remorse. This is one of the reason why we have bunch
of Africans causing nuisance in the society.

Listen! AFRICAN CHILD. SOME of our parents have

CURSED US (Unknowingly), foreigners have cursed us,
even our own government have tonguelashed us.

You are now cursing yourself.(By not saying the right

words) But it's not your fault, you don't know that your
words carry power, our parents don't know that, our
government don't know that too because SCHOOL don't
teach it.

Dear Africans, There's a way out of this mess.

AFFIRMATIONS.

Yes! AFFIRMATIONS is the answer. They have cursed you,

but you can't continue cursing yourself. Start AFFIRMING
right words over your life. Speak blessings into your future
IF you want to see blessings.

I know that affirmation works because I was the BEST in

my dept from my 200l till when I graduated and I don't
think any day passed in school without me saying I'M THE
BEST.

Today my affirmation is I'M A MILLIONAIRE, watch me

grow into a millionaire.

FOCUS ON IT
I remember vividly when I was trying to learn the structure
of the 20 Amino acids in my 200level.

I was still a Novice in biochemistry so I was scared, but

when I found out that drawing the structures of the amino
acids is usually compulsory in exams, I DECIDED to learn it.
What I did was that I drew the structures on a card board
paper and I pasted it on the wall of my house close to my
reading table and I looked at it EVERYDAY before going to
bed. I did this for about a month and I learnt how to draw
all the amino acids.

Though I didn't draw it in exam but I learnt something

profound from that experience.

That experience made me to understand THE LAW OF

ATTRACTION more.

It states that anything you focus on will multiply in your life.

Brethen, Have you wondered why you tend to master a

habit when you do it for some time. Its the THE LAW OF
ATTRACTION
Have you wondered why some ladies fall for persistent

on a confusing subject matter.
I just listened to David Oyedepo and he said something
that struck me.
He said that Money don't loose Value, its people that loose
value.
That is absolutely true
Understand something, No matter how low naira get
compared to dollars. Aliko Dangote will never go broke.
No matter how hard the economy gets Femi Otedola will
never go hungry.
Why? Because they're men of value.
People pay for value. Everyone needs who can deliver.
Thats why its imperative to build yourself consistently in
this ever changing world.
Make LEARNING your LIFESTYLE.
Always Search for knowledge, have the hunger to know
more.
Last week, I watched Money heist from Season 1 to 3. and
the truth is that apart from the fact that I had fun I also
learmt o.
There were times were I had to pause the movie so that I
could look for the meaning of certain concepts.
I had to do this because I know that LEARNING is LIVING.
Trust me, you don't need more money, you need more
WISDOM.
Money follow wisdom. Its a Biblical principle.

Business you don't have. Yet you still have the MIND to
sleep, watch movies and play any how.
Am I being harsh? Hell yes.
I'm being harsh because I want you to change.
Mr Man this life is not a playing ground. Life is a business.
it's either you're recording loses or making gain.
I'm not saying watching movies or having fun is bad. It
isn't
But your life shouldn't be all about playing. Sometimes you
need to be serious.
Don't let that I'm still young mentality deceive you.
You're not too young to change the world. The best time to
start is NOW.

THE FIVE C'S OF EXCELLENCE

Consciousness:
Excellent people are people that are conscious of their
strengths and weaknesses and are willing to work on their
weakness.

Competence:
This is the ability to do something very well. Competence
is one of the key rudiments to excellence in any life
endeavor (business, academics e.t.c).
A competent individual is one who outperform his/her
colleagues or competitors

Connections:
Every great entrepreneur will tell you that networking is
key in the business world. In your pursuit of excellence,
Don't be a lone wolf. Learn to create relationships with
folks that of the same ambition with you.
Whenever a student compains about his/her academics In
my one on one coaching sessions, the first thing I ask the
student is who's your best friend.
I usually ask them this because I understand the
importance of connections.
Students who surrounds themselves with great minds
usually outperform other students that walk with
unserious people.

Cooperation:
You can have all the connections in the world but if you
fail to cooperate with them, you will fail woefully.
I've seen students who fail exams even when they have
other excellent students with them. I've seen people fail
even when they're under the mentorship of great mentors.
The truth is that you can't help anyone who doesn't want
help. Some people don't want to participate in their rescue,
they want others to spoon feed them.
Nah, its not done that way. For an individual to grow,
he/she must cooperate.

Consistency
Consistency requires one to do something over and over
again until he/she gets results. This requires a lot of
discipline and will power.
You can't read a book once and expect to retain everything.
Yes, its true that you cannot retain every information you
study but you can grasp majority of it by going over the
information again and again.
Saving your money once won't make you a millioniare, you
must consistently and consciously apply the principle of
financial intelligence before you can be financially free.

STRUGGLE STORIES
I bet you don't know that Microsoft wasn't Bill Gates first
company. Bill Gates first company was Traff O data. It was
a failure. He didn't make any dime from the company.
I bet you dont know that Oyedepo fasted for 12 months
when he started his church, winners chapel.
I bet you dont know that John D Rockefeller worked in a
bookstore where he gives half of his weekly salary to his
church
I bet you don't know that as a kid, Aliko Dangote use to
take biscuits and sweets to school to sell.
Wizkid is recognized today, He's wealthy, affluent and
popular but if you look back into his life you will see that
he was once a struggling studio boy, humble to the core
and was willing to learn from his mentor Banky W.
Don't be surprised to know that Mike Adenuga was a taxi
driver, he rode taxi so he could sponsor himself in school.
I bet you don't know that Nadia Buhari was an alcohol
addict, she rose to prominence in the movie industry after
she quitted alcohol.
I bet you do know the Buchi was a night club Disc jockey
and cultist. He was living a purposeless life not until
Pastor Chris oyakhilome led him to Christ and helped him
become a great gospel musician.
People talk about these great individuals, how they enjoy
life, how they wear nice clothes, ride expensive cars and
how they live in luxury. They talk about the vast wealth of
Bill Gates, the expensive clothes of Wizkid, the good life of
Christiano Ronaldo. They focus on the success stories of
this individuals.
They fail to look at their STRUGGLE STORIES. Our youths
want to wear expensive clothes like Wizkid but they don't
want to do the things that Wizkid did. they ain't ready to
learn from his struggle stories, they fail to understand that
success is not an overnight stuff. They are impatient and
just want to enjoy life without sowing the seeds of
greatness first so they seek out ways to earn money which
is only to their detriment.
Christiano Ronaldo didn't become a football star overnight,
Warren Buffet did not become the world greatest investor
overnight, The mellifluous voice of frank Edward didn't just
come to him like that. He worked for it. These successful
individuals worked, they once struggled. They did
something that others didn't do. They obeyed certain
principles.
So I want you to go back into their lives and learn from
their STRUGGLE STORIES. Don't just talk about their
greatness, look at their little beginnings and how they
endured in it. Learn from their setbacks and
dissapointments and use it as leverage to pursue your
dreams.
 EVERYONE IS A GENIUS
Everyone is intelligent. Everyone is smart. Society only
focus more on one dimension of intelligence. People only
focus on academic intelligence. They only focus on school
and they neglect other forms of intelligence.
Intelligence is beyond school. It's beyond memorising a
material and reproducing it in exams. The fatal truth is that
most students tend to look down on themselves because
of their low grades in school. They start to judge their
future based on their academic performance. They allow
their school reports to shatter their self esteem and self
image.
One thing society fails to realize is that intelligence is multi
dimensional. they are multiple forms of intelligence. The
question they are asking is if one is intelligent. They ain't
suppose to be asking that. They are supposed to be
asking HOW ONE IS INTELLIGENT.
Everyone is intelligent and smart in some way. Our
strength differs. You won't use your abilities to judge
others. some people are very talented when it comes to
cooking, others are excellent singers. I don't think there's a
school for comedy. But it's evident that our society have
many talented commedians. Everyone is different. Some
people are very sound academically but weak socially.

You must realize that you have talents and strengths for a
particular field. You can't do everything but I believe you
can do something excellently well.
Albert Einstein once said everybody is a genius but if you
judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, It will live it whole
life believing it's stupid. It's fine to have average grades.
It's fine if you're not among top people in your school.
Academic excellence has never been a guarantee for
success in life.
School only test one aspect of intelligence. You must
understand that you're intelligent is some way. You are a
master in an area. Discover that area and start working in
the reality.
Education is more than the four walls of a class room. You
can learn and educate yourself online, by learning a skill.
Bill Gates taught himself computer programming. Les
brown never had a college degree but he improved his
communication skills and vocabulary by himself. Henry
Ford never past the 6th grade. Thomas Edison only had 3
months of schooling. You see! even with limited formal
education, these individuals have risen to the top of their
fields.
With the invention of internet, life have become more
easier you can learn virtually anything online. If you realize
you have interest for something. take bold steps to
become better at that thing. You can learn online by
watching YouTube videos or reading about it.
The truth is that not everyone can graduate with a first
class. But I believe everyone can be successful in some
area. We all have the seed of greatness in us. Success in
life is more than just having good grades (though they are
important). Success is more than IQ. It involves
combination of IQ, EQ and SQ. success involves
determination and persistence. It involves connecting with
the right people.
Friends, it's fine to be an average student as long as you're
putting your best. Never ever look down on your self
because of your grades. You have talents way beyond
what school can offer. The world is looking for problem
solvers not people with certificate only. Your degree is
only but a complement to your natural talents and abilities.
Let me end this write up with a quote from ROBERT MORE,
a Proffesor from Columbia University....
The man who's been active on the campus, whose
personality is such that he gets along with all kinds of
people and who has done an adequate job with his
studies has a most edge over the strictly academic
student.

KICK START YOUR DREAM

You are not too young to start. Stop looking down on
yourself. It's neither too early nor too late to start making a
difference. In fact the earlier you start the better for you.
You don't need permission from anyone to pursue your
dreams. You must take responsibility for your life.

terrible fear for public speaking.... I was a very shy person.
Until one day I decided to make a change. I decided to take
the necessary actions and today the fear is gone.
The fear would have still been there had it been I did not
take action.
See eh! Weather you believe you can or you can't, you're
correct. When you believe you can do it, then you will do it.
The power is in the believing. The power Is in your mind.
God has made you special.... He expects you to be bold
and courageous. He expects to be original not an ersatz.
He beliefs in you. He sees you as a succes.
It's not about the talents, intelligence or so... It's about the
belief system. When you believe in your self. I tell you...
You will look for a way... You will work hard. and guess
what HARDWORK BEATS TALENT IF TALENTS FAILS TO
WORK HARD.

DON'T BE A SPECTATOR
Few months ago. I went to a nearby school to ask for an
opportunity to speak to the students.
The principal of the school collected my contact and he
told me that he will get back to me.
He didn't call.
I called him but he told me that my speaking engagement
won't work out. I was disappointed.
Last month, I went back to the same school asking them
for a chance to speak.
"So sorry, an NGO is coming to speak to our students and
we can't take any other speaker now. Please come some
other time " The principal said to me.
I decided to try other schools. I went to two other schools
and asked them to allow me talk to their students. Guess
what.
The two schools agreed.
I just finished my second speaking engagement with the
second school. It was an amazing session with the
students. I talked to them on the "Importance of reading
and self education"
I'm so glad and grateful to God for giving me an
opportunity to make a mark and impact the lives of those
kids.
I may not have enough money to give them. But I have
something "MY WORDS"
Remember I was rejected twice but something kept
pushing me. Something kept on telling me to try again.
That's PASSION.
My question to you today is that WHAT ARE YOU
PASSIONATE ABOUT?
WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR?
Do you come to this world to be a spectator. Do you come
to watch others succeed and do great things.
Obviously your answer is No
Then start blessing others. Start impacting lives. Start
giving back to your world.
You have a passion, dream, aspiration or idea. Go after it.
Don't allow fear or rejection paralyze you.
Please don't!

MONEY DOES NOT MAKE YOU RICH

A high paying job does not make you rich

Money does not make you rich

Financial intelligence makes you rich. It is not about what

you EARN, it's about what you DO with what you EARN.
Let me explain.

..if Mr A earns 50k monthly, and he discipline himself to

save 10k monthly, by the end of 2 years he will have
garnered 240k. That's enough to invest or start a small
side hustle.

Mr B earns 300k monthly, but he doesn't save, instead he

clubs every weekend, buy the latest shoes, phones and
clothes. In two years time, he will still be worth nothing
because he has no savings.

So WHO'S RICHER?

Mr A or B

Remember! It is not what you earn that matters, it is what

you do with what you earn.
WHAT DO YOU WANT?

Let's not make the mistake our parents made....

Some of them are in their late 50's or 60's & they're still
working..

Some of them are depending on their small retirement

benefits to survive

For some, we (their children) are their only hope

.....The bible says a good man leaves an inheritance for his

Childrens children. But this isn't so with most of our
parents. A lot of them have struggled to educate us, so
they're hoping on us to bail them out.

So the question is ARE WE WELL EQUIPPED TO BAIL

THEM?
...DO WE HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE GOOD PARENTS
( to leave inheritance for our children)

I want you to rethink, ask yourself IF I CONTINUE LIVING

THE LIFE I'M LIVING NOW, what will be off my in 20 years
time?

If I don't build wealth for myself now, if I don't take risks &
fail now, if I don't start that business now, if I don't pay for
that course now, WHAT WILL BE OF ME IN 20 YEARS TIME?

See eh, starting late is not an option, YOU WILL REGRET IT,
so don't say I want to PLAY now. I will starting educating
myself & investing when I am 30 or 35.

Infact most of what cost little now will cost more in the
future, for instance some of the course you have access to
now for small money will be more EXPENSIVE in the future.

in Nigeria. This is because Nigerians see them as people
that lie or exaggerate a lot.
A friend of mine once told me that he doesn't use to listen
to motivational speakers because they make him feel
underachieved and inferior.

I'm sure this is also the reason why most Nigerians

especially youths don't listen to them.

But the truth is that they (the youths) are getting it wrong.

They don't have proper understanding as per why

motivational speakers (especially the rich ones) talk about
their wealth and affluence.
Motivational speakers are not there to make you feel
inferior, they're called to MOTIVATE you just as their name
implies

The reason you think they're demeaning you is because of

your belief system. You have been bred in an environment
that made you belief that everyone who talks about his/her
wealth is bragging

You have grown up in an environment that has made you

see outspoken people as proud people.

to feel inferior, They want to inspire you, that's why they try
