We hereby declare that the above is a true and correct statement of stock hypothecated to the
Bank and that the said stock is either our own absolute property and is fully paid for or that we have
such interest in the same as entitles us to hypothecate them to the Bank to the full extent of the Bank's
advances to us against these goods and that they are not subject to any lien, claim or
charge of any
sort except to your Bank and on the strength of this declaration the advance has been taken by us. The
above statement does not include the stock under Key Loan/KCC. In order to verify our above
statement, the Bank is at liberty to call for and examine the original invoices and get the goods
inspected at any time at our expense and we hereby agree to accept as conclusive proof the result of
such inspection by a duly authorised officer of the Bank.

We also certify that the stocks are fully insured against fire and all the conditions and warranties
in the Fire Insurance Policy have been complied with and the Policies are valid and enforceable. The
stocks are valued at cost price or market price whichever is lower. Further, the Unit adopts the
concept of FIFOILIFO method with regard to stock movement.
