Here is the other Habanera Sauce recipe

6 Habaneros chopped
3 TB white wine vinegar
1 TB garlic minced
1 t sugar
1 TB water
salt to taste

Habanera Sauce

3 lbs of peppers
3 lbs onion
3 lbs green peppers
1 1/2 cups of vinegar
2 cups of sugar
1/2 oz pickle spice (about 2 table spoons)

Put in food processor and puree

Boil for 20 minutes then put in jars. This will make about 20 small jars. Pressure at 5lbs for 8
minutes to seal jars.
