Allen Davenport
Allen Davenport, Professional Learning & Development Manager at
Cambridge University Press & Assessment, is a specialist in English
teacher training and development. With nearly 20 years of
experience, he collaborates with educators to enhance teaching skills
and student outcomes. He frequently shares insights at global
conferences and is passionate about innovative learning approaches
and fostering classroom creativity.

Uyen Pham
Uyen Pham currently works as Assessment Services Lead for Northeast
Southeast Asia Pacific at Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
Joining Cambridge English since 2006, she has traversed diverse roles,
including Country Head for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Head of
Business Development for Southeast Asia. Uyen holds an MA in TESOL
from Victoria University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational
Assessment from University of Cambridge. Uyen strongly believes in the
profound changes integrated learning and assessment can bring to
English learners, and in how technology and AI can reshape English
learning and assessment practices for the better.
