It is brought to my notice that G Mahalaxmi D/O G Lakshmi
Naryana H- No 3-83284 Kotagalli, Nizamabad Town & Dist. having
Been Costly Treatment for Non – Functiong Kidney & Undergone
Surgery For Nephrectomy LGA at Sri Harsha Kidney & URO Care
Centre At Nizamabad Admitted from: 23 Jan 2019 to 30 Jan 2019 ,
which is covered in Arogysree scheme, but after the treatment the
patient was using very cost medicines for which it is applied.
Hence the patient is economically weak and essentially required
monetary benefit for the above said costly treatment and he paid the
medical bills amount borrowed from money lenders.
Hence I request you, kindly release the fund of Rs:52,420 /- for
his treatment expenditure.
