As per the amended contents in the Development Control

Regulation No. 33(10) prepared for the Slum Rehabilitation

Scheme under the free housing scheme for the slum holders in

the Brihanmumbai declared by the Government of Maharashtra,

we undersigned all the eligible slum Dweller (whose names are

included in the voters list as on 1/1/2000 staying in those slums),

hereby give in writing that, we give our consent for the Slum

Rehabilitation Scheme on our following conditions.

1) I/We accept the appointment of M/s. General Hospitality

LLP, Directors Partners (1) Mr. Rajiv Shah & (2) Mr. Rashesh

Shah, whose having registered office is at 11th floor, The Plaza,

55 Gamdevi, Mumbai – 400 007 as the “Developer” to

implement / complete our Slum Rehabilitation Scheme.

2A) I/We all eligible resident slum dwellers will be given a self

contained residential flat by constructing flat admeasuring an

area of 269 sq. ft. alongwith fungible area in the form of flower

beds by the developer/owner free of cost in compensation for our

slums.

2B) Similarly, the eligible commercial owners out of us will be

provided by constructing in exchange for their present slum

structures, the commercial unit having a maximum of carpet area

of 225 sq. ft. by the developer/owner free of cost.

23C) Residential-cum-Commercial (R+C) 269 sq. ft carpet area

preferably on ground floor by the developer/owner free of cost.

3) I/We all eligible slum dwellers indemnify hereby that, we

being staying in the above slum colony at present, apart from the

above slum structures we do not possess slum structure within

the boundary of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.

4) The developer / owner if provides units in transit camps or

constructs temporary form of transit camps on the Land bearing

CTS Nos. referred in the subject of this Consent Letter or

provides accommodation on rent for all of us eligible slum

dwellers while implementing the Slum Rehabilitation Scheme, we

assure to stay therein.

5) I/We eligible slum dweller indemnify that, after providing us

self contained residential flat of 269 sq. ft. or commercial or

Residential-cum-Commercial units as stated in the clause No. 4

2A,2B,2C in the proposed rehabilitation building, I/we will hand

over the possession of the units in temporary transit camps

provided to us.

6) Developer/owner will deposit an amount of Rs. 40,000/-

(Rs. Forty Thousand only) with the Slum Rehabilitation Authority

for each residential flat of 269 sq. ft. and also for each

commercial or Residential-cum-Commercial unit.

7) After giving the consent for the scheme to the

owner/developer while implementing the Slum Rehabilitation

Scheme, no other developer or person will be given consent, for

which I indemnify through this Consent Letter.

The above Consent Letter being accepted by me, I set my

signature by my free will.
