Note 1) The above mentioned items are tentative and shall be billed on measurable basis on actual consumption.
2) Exclusions: Any kind of civil, carpentry, masonry/ core cutting/ scaffolding/ civil or false ceiling work etc is not in our
scope.
3) If any change in selection of units/quantity, the cost has to be beard by client.
4) Lockable store for storage of materials at site to be provided by client.
5) Any loss/theft of materials after delivery of materials at site would not be our responsibility.
6) Electrical power point with suitable MCBs/power point near to our ODU units or IDU depending on the Brand
specification. Main power supply to Indoor and Outdoor unit to be provided by the client as per Daikin specification.

Payment Terms of “Low Side”

1. 50% Advance along with the Purchase Order
2. 35% On prorate basis for delivery of materials at site.
3. 15% On Commissioning

OFFER VALIDITY : Our Offer is Valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

WARRANTY : One year warranty on entire machine. Additional 2 years’ warranty on Scroll
compressor and 4 years’ warranty Rotary compressor.

DELIVERY : Ex: stock subject to prior sale.
