Q.29 Read the case study given below and answer any four questions:
If a person puts an ice cube into a glass of warm lemon juice and later forgets to drink it, then after
a while, the person will notice that the ice has melted. But the temperature of the lemonade has
cooled. This is because the total amount of heat in the system has remained the same, but has just
reached an equilibrium, where both the ice cube and the lemon juice are at the same
temperatures. The lemon juice will eventually become warmer again when the heat from the
environment in transferred to the glass it self.
