United States of America Managed and provided support to 42 schools and three charter schools,
overseeing curriculum support, attendance support, assets support, training,
and community building, with a budget of $700 million.
Coached and supported school principals, implemented cost-saving strategies,
focused on hiring diverse staff, and collaborated with new college partnerships
to increase retention.
Implemented district-wide parent engagement and student leadership teams,
maintained and supported community engagement in collaboration with city
mayors and the Chief of Police.
Led the implementation of Crisis Prevention Intervention district-wide and
introduced new Tier 1 supports for all schools, while addressing attendance
policies through belonging and student leadership practices.
