MÓDULO 3

THE CLIENT ACQUISITION SYSTEM:

Leads: To do outreach, you must have leads that you can market to.

Outreach: Once you have your lead list, you can create an outreach strategy to
contact those business owners with methods such as cold email, DM, Facebook Ads,
cold calling, or direct email.

Discovery Call: Some of the businesses on your lead list are interested in learning
more. This is where you position yourself as the expert and determine if they would
be a good fit for your agency.

Presentation + Close: This is where you walk them through a screen share
presentation showing how you will get the results. You then close them on a 3, 6 or
12-month contract.

Collect Payment: After the client signs an agreement, you send an automated
recurring monthly billing invoice via waveapps.com. Very important to make sure
it’s a recurring invoice.

Onboard Client: After the client signs the agreement and pays the invoice, you send
over welcome emails that pre-frame how your relationship will go. This sets your
hours of operations and the best way to get a hold of you. This also includes an
email requesting client company information for ads and any ad account login info
needed.

Campaign Launch: This is where you’ve created the ads via Google or Facebook, and
you’re ready to launch. Launch time from when a client pays the invoice to launch
should be within two weeks.

CUSTOMER LIFETIME VALUE (LTV)

LTV is the average revenue that a customer will generate throughout their lifespan
as a customer. For example, a dentist has patients who come in on average 2X a year
for cleaning/whitening/exams, and each visit costs $500. Therefore, the yearly
value of a patient is $1000/year.
The industry average for dental patients is 10 years. Annual Value x Relationship
Length = $10,000.
If each patient refers 5 new patients over the 10 years ($1,000/year x 5 referrals)
there is a potential $50,000 value.
The LTV of just one patient is (Annual Value ($1,000) x Life Long Relationship (10
years) + Patient Referral Value ($50,000)) = Lifetime Value of $60,000.
Helping a potential client understand the value of just one new patient/customer is
an intelligent way to show them why it makes sense to sign up with your agency.
Return On Investment (ROI) is the return on the initial investment made. For
example, a dentist hires an agency and spends $2,500/month on Google Ads. The offer
is an introductory $999 dental implant offer. Five new patients take the offer that
month, generating about $5,000 in revenue. That is an ROI of approximately $2,500
for that month.
Most businesses only think in terms of the first transaction value. That’s why it’s
important to understand the customer lifetime value so that you show your potential
client what they can expect in terms of ROI when they invest $X to work with you.

MÓDULO 4

Video Audit Strategy # 1: Reaching out to businesses running Google Ads and missing
tracking pixels, are sending traffic to the home page, and/or have a low-quality
landing page.
Missing Google Tag Manager.
Missing Facebook Pixel.
Sending Traffic to Homepage.
Landing Page Lacking – No CTA, Click to call # and too many option LP.
Video Audit Strategy #2: Reaching out to businesses running Facebook Ads and
missing tracking pixels, are sending traffic to the home page, and/or have a low-
quality landing page.
Missing Facebook Pixel.
Ad Creative/Copy Lacking.
Sending Traffic to Homepage.
Landing Page Lacking – No CTA, Click to call # and too many option LP.

There are three ways to build your customer list:

Manual search: Search on Google and various websites to find company information.
Buy an Email list: Purchase an email list from providers.
Hire a contractor: Hire a contractor from Upwork/Fiverr to source a particular
company list.
Definition of Copywriting: Copywriting is the art and science of writing words that
sell your product or service and convinces prospective customers to take action.
Copywriters Mindset: The goal of the subject line is to get you to read the first
sentences. The goal of the first sentence is to get you to read the second
sentence.
The goal of the Subject Line: To get someone’s attention. Invoke curiosity, hit
pain point, provide benefit, etc. Remember, you’re competing for their attention.
They most likely get a ton of emails a day.
Length of Email: You want to keep your emails as short as possible. I would
recommend 1-3 sentences for shorter emails and 3-5 sentences for longer emails.

Email Guidelines to Follow:

Email Domain: You must have a @company.com email address. Ex: juan@sezmi.com
It’s not about you: Do not EVER start an email with anything about you because the
prospect doesn’t care. All they care about is what’s in it for them. WRONG: My name
is Juan, and I own a marketing agency, and we do… RIGHT: We have a unique method
that can double your sales.
Being Artfully Vague: You do not want to give your prospect any specifics as it
will kill the curiosity. You want to be artfully vague. Ex: We have an automated
lead generation system that sends qualified leads directly to your inbox.
No calendar link or specific times: Your first email is to gauge interest. If
interest is shown, you can include a general statement such as “when is a good time
for a quick chat this week?”
No Attachments: Do not send attachments or images as it can reduce your delivery
rate, and your prospect doesn’t care about your company.
