THE HONORABLE CONSUL,

On behalf of our President Randall A. Remington, we would like to invite Mr. Michel Malao Wetshi to the
convention of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel being held May 27-30, 2024, at the Gaylord
National Resort + Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

Mr. Wetshi is a significant leader in the Foursquare Church of Republic of The Congo and is well respected for his
leadership and commitment to Republic of The Congo and the Foursquare churches in this country. Over the past
decade, our US and other partnering international Foursquare denominational churches have been ever more
actively engaged, through formal and informal meetings of our international churches’ leaders held at our annual
conventions in the US, in strategizing how best to expand our coordinated gospel outreach throughout the entire
world. As a key leader in one of our international Foursquare Churches, Mr. Michel Wetshi’s participation in the
convention is vital to our organization.

Mr. Michel Wetshi will be solely responsible for all of his own travel expenses and immediately following the
convention Mr. Michel Wetshi will return to Republic of The Congo and continue to strengthen the Foursquare
churches in the region.

Mr. Wetshi is relationally and financially obliged to return to Republic of The Congo at the conclusion of these
meetings. In addition, because of Mr. Wetshi’s influence and standing within his social and professional
relationships in Republic of The Congo, he is not a risk of abandoning his residence there. Mr. Wetshi’s only
intention is to attend the convention to gain knowledge for use in his own country.

Please approve Mr. Michel Malao Wetshi’s visa request. This is an important gathering to attend and will benefit
Mr. Wetshi’s ministry and his effort for the betterment of his country.
