    PROMISSORY NOTE

    _________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Maker") promise to pay
    __________, of legal age, (single/married), with residence at ____________________
    (hereinafter referred to as the "Holder") the principal sum of PESOS: __________
    (P__________), with accrued interest at the rate of _____ percent (___%) per _____. The
    aforementioned principal sum represents monies previously received by the Maker from the
    Holder, and is now subsequently owed by the Maker to said Holder.

    Principal and interest are payable on or before __________, and shall be covered by post-
    dated check to be issued by the Maker to the Holder upon execution of this Promissory Note.

    If the payment obligation under this Promissory Note is not paid when due, the Maker
    shall be liable for costs and expenses for collection which may be incurred by the Holder,
    including reasonable attorney's fees.
